Volunteers

We need a small team of volunteers to handle logistics and ensure the smooth running of the volunteer experience, including welcome and lunch.

Welcome

On the morning of the event, we have one volunteer responsible for welcoming the other volunteers, giving them their bibs along with the day’s schedule and their assigned tasks.

Volunteer Food

We offer volunteers morning snacks such as muffins, pastries and fruit, as well as lunch. We therefore need people to manage the food area for all our volunteers.
