- 7:30 am : Registration opens
- 9:00 am : Start of the 10K
- 9:10 am : 5 km start (presented by Agora Solutions Promotionnelles)
- 10:30 am : Medal ceremony
- 10:45 am : 2.5 km start (presented by Stay 22)
- 11:15 am : 1 km start
- 11:45 am : Family BBQ/Picnic

Please note that the 10 km race is two laps of the 5 km course. Pace runners will be available for both timed events (5 km and 10 km).
Frequently Asked Questions
How does timing work?
Timing is handled by Sport Chrono. Results will be available on their website at the end of each race. Only the 5 km and 10 km events are timed.
What activities and entertainment will be offered?
The event is packed with entertainment: face painters, mascots, well-known characters, inflatable structures for kids, and partner booths with surprises. After the races, a big barbecue will be served (hot dogs, chips, drinks). You are also welcome to bring your own picnic.
What are the parking and accessibility options?
There is no parking available at Parc Maisonneuve, as spaces are reserved for partners and the RT21 team. Other options include nearby streets, the Botanical Garden, or the Olympic Stadium. Public transit is recommended. Both the chalet and the race routes are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
How do I pick up my bib?
Bib pick-up is on the morning of the event starting at 7:00 AM at the Parc Maisonneuve chalet. Registered participants have a dedicated section, and a separate section is available for same-day registrations.
How are the race routes organized?
The 10 km race consists of two laps of the 5 km course. Pace runners will be available for both timed races to help participants reach their goals.
